President

Megan Berlinger , MHA is an Associate Partner at Buffkin/Baker and an Adjunct Professor at UNC Chapel Hill. With a deep commitment to education, she focuses on ensuring that Westlawn students benefit from highly effective teachers and that the School has robust community support from key stakeholders, including Wake Forest Baptist Health. Megan’s passion for strengthening Westlawn’s impact aligns with her broader dedication to educational excellence and community engagement.

Fuller Parham

Finance Chair & Interim CFO

Fuller Parham is a senior commercial banker with Triad Business Bank, bringing extensive experience in nonprofit banking. As chair of Westlawn’s Finance Committee, he is committed to supporting the school’s financial health and mission. With his wife also serving as an educator, Fuller understands that teaching is more than a profession—it is a passion, a service, and a way of life.

Scott Horn

Legal & Facilities Council

Scott Horn is an attorney at Allman Spry Davis Leggett & Crumpler in Winston-Salem, specializing in commercial real estate, contracts, and business transactions. He is the proud father of three grown sons, all successfully living on their own. Currently devoted to his work, Scott enjoys comedy, great movies, shooting sports, cooking, and mystery novels in his spare time. A former chess enthusiast, he retired from the game after a fair-and-square defeat by his 12-year-old son.

Mark Braden

Mark Braden

is the Senior Director of State Government Relations at Reynolds American, bringing nearly two decades of experience in public affairs, political campaigns, and issue advocacy across all 50 states. He and his wife, Katy, a Winston-Salem native, are proud parents of two children.

Mike Robb

Marketing & Communications Council

Mike Robb is the Vice President of Marketing for Quality Oil Company. A UNC Charlotte graduate, he began his career in sports marketing before returning to Winston-Salem in 2011. With 27 years in the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County community, he is an alumnus of Leadership Winston-Salem (Class of 2020) and an active volunteer with local organizations. Mike is married to Liz Robb, a fellow Winston-Salem native, and together they have two children, Wyatt and Avery.

Michael Hayes

Student Support & Wellbeing Council

Michael Hayes holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Education in Counseling from Wake Forest University. With over 40 years of experience in individual, adolescent, and family therapy, he has earned multiple national and state counseling credentials. His career spans roles in the school system, partnerships in counseling organizations, and ultimately, founding his own practice.
