Westlawn’s Afterschool Programs provide a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for students beyond the school day. Open to both Westlawn students and students from the broader community, these programs give children the opportunity to learn, explore interests, and build confidence in a structured and caring setting.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Designed for Growth and Connection

Our afterschool offerings include extended care supervision, enrichment classes, tutoring, and clubs. Each program is designed to support academic growth, creativity, and social development while meeting the needs of busy families.

All afterschool supervision, classes, tutoring, and clubs are administered through Holden Behavior & Learning. This partnership allows Westlawn to offset program costs and enables eligible families to use ClassWallet and ESA Plus funding.

SUPPORT AND ENRICHMENT

Program Offerings

Supervision

Before and after school care that keeps students safe, supported, and engaged until pickup.

Classes

Hands-on enrichment programs in areas such as art, music, and STEAM that build skills and confidence. All class fees include supervision costs.

Tutoring

Individualized academic support in reading, math, and writing to reinforce classroom learning and help students master key concepts.

Clubs

Interest based activities that allow students to explore hobbies, collaborate with peers, and try something new. Clubs are offered at no additional cost beyond the 300 dollar supervision fee.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Scheduling and Payment

Many enrichment classes, clubs, and sports operate on Fall and Spring seasonal schedules. Updated fee schedules reflect both seasonal pricing and the option for monthly installment payments.

Spring 2026 Afterschool Programs will run from February through May, beginning in the first week of February and continuing through the last week of school.

For detailed information on specific offerings, schedules, and fees, families are encouraged to refer to the tables and fee schedules. An invoice will be sent to families after registration is complete.
